
Dudley Adult and Community Learning (ACL) is offering a series of free wellbeing workshops to help adults build healthier habits, improve emotional wellbeing, and feel more confident navigating modern life.
These supportive and informal sessions are designed for adults aged 19+ who are not currently in work or actively job searching, including unpaid Carers and people looking to improve their wellbeing in a practical and accessible way.
Screentime: Why It’s Hard to Switch Off
Explore why screen use can become so engaging, reflect on your own habits, and discover realistic strategies to create healthier digital boundaries and reduce screen-related stress.
Technology, Focus & Wellbeing
Learn how social media algorithms influence what we see online, understand the impact online content can have on wellbeing, and develop practical techniques for healthier and more intentional screen use.
The Five Wellbeing Essentials
Discover simple, practical approaches that support positive mental wellbeing using the recognised “5 Ways to Wellbeing” framework, helping build confidence and resilience in everyday life.
Finding Peace in Nature
Explore how spending time in nature can support emotional wellbeing through relaxing sensory-based activities, reflection, and practical self-care approaches inspired by the natural world.
