
Adults aged 19+ are invited to take part in a free wellbeing workshop designed to help people better understand stress and explore practical ways to improve everyday wellbeing.
Delivered by Dudley Adult and Community Learning (ACL), this supportive session will explore how stress can affect daily life and introduce simple, realistic self-care strategies to help manage stress more effectively.
