As part of our Carers Week 2026 events, Dudley Carers Hub and Wellbeing Services will be offering you a Soundbath Relaxation Experience.
Using rhythm and sound, this session is designed to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and promote positive mental health through deep relaxation.
If you are looking for a break, a chance to reset, or just try something new, come along!
