
Dudley Adult and Community Learning (ACL) is offering a range of free wellbeing workshops designed to help adults build confidence, improve wellbeing, and develop practical everyday skills.
These friendly and supportive sessions are aimed at adults aged 19+ who are not currently in work or actively job searching, including unpaid Carers and people experiencing stress, low confidence, or social isolation.
