The session will cover:
• Managing someone’s affairs (Appointeeship, Lasting/Enduring Power of Attorney, Court of Protection)
• Importance of making a Will (including Free Will schemes)
• Ensuring you have planned for retirement (claiming State Pension, Private
Pensions and Pension Credit)
