Monday 12th October 12 noon – 2.00 pm, Walk and Talk, Sandwell Valley Country Park, Salter’s Lane, West Bromwich, B71 4BG. Take a walk around the park and find out more about eating well.
Monday 9th November 12 noon – 2.00 pm, Boat Trip, Dudley Canal and Caverns, 501 Birmingham New Road Dudley, West Midlands DY1 4SB. Enjoy a canal trip and a walk along the footpath.
Monday 14th December 12 noon – 2.00 pm, Christmas Meal, The Fellows Bar and Grill, 1 The Broadway, Dudley DY1 4QD Tuck into some pub grub and get into the festive spirt.
