Free Legal Power of Attorney Training for Carers

All Carers welcome to attend this FREE session to learn more about Legal Power of Attorney, and how it can support you and the person you care for. 

Delivered by an experienced facilitator, this session makes legal guidance clear and easy to understand. 

The training will cover:

• What a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is 

• The two types: Health & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs 

• How to apply and register with the Office of the Public Guardian 

• The rights and responsibilities of both Donors and Attorneys

The workshop will take place on Friday 6th of February 2026 10:00am – 12pm, at Queens Cross, Wellington Road, Dudley DY1 1RB.
