Forward Carers, alongside our Delivery Partners, provide services that support Carers of all ages. A list of our partners is available below. By contacting us or using our services direct or through a Delivery Partner, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in this statement for adults over 18 years.

If you are an organisation that joins our Carer Friendly Community and/or provides an offer to the Carer ID Card scheme, some of the information you provide may be used to create a directory listing on the Forward Carers website and to promote your organisation via social media. 

The information that is stored about your company by the website, if approved by you, is limited to: 

  • Logo or image
  • Address
  • Website Address
  • Phone number
  • Your offer
  • Name of business
