All Carers are welcome to attend this FREE moving and assisting training. If your Caring role involves helping a person you care for get in or out of bed, stand-up from a chair or sit down, get in and out of a vehicle, or simply support with bathing or personal care, this training is for you.
This practical workshop will demonstrate safe ways to carry out these and other daily tasks, reducing the risk of back strain, pulled muscles, and other injuries.
