  • Legal Aspects of Caring: Learn about the legalities involved in caring, such as power of attorney and other essential legal considerations, ensuring you are well-informed and prepared.
  • Social & Peer Support Activities: Connect with other Carers through our social and peer support groups. These activities provide a platform to share experiences, build a supportive community, and foster meaningful connections.
  • Practical Training: Enhance your practical skills with training in areas like First Aid and Moving & Handling, ensuring you can care safely and confidently for your loved ones.
  • Emotional & Wellbeing Support: Engage in recreational and relaxation activities designed to promote self-care and emotional wellbeing. Our life planning, coaching, and mentoring services are here to help you build confidence and personal skills, enabling you to manage your role as a Carer while pursuing your own goals.
